- A kitchen that’s outfitted with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, single-burner electric stove, coffee maker (some coffee is provided), tea kettle, toaster oven, utensils, and cookware
- 2 beds and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:

We offer the convenience of linens rental for your stay. We provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels for an additional charge of $25 per set. This fee covers the use and laundering of the linens during your stay. By opting for our linen rental service, you can enjoy the convenience of a well-prepared accommodation. Please note that this charge is separate from the standard rental fee and will be added to your total bill. If you prefer to bring your own linens, you are welcome to do so at no additional cost. Kindly inform us of your preference during the booking process.
2 pets max are allowed with a combined weight of 50 pounds, and the fee is $50 per pet. Guests must adhere to the Farmstead pet rules. All tiny homes are pet-friendly except for The Hive. This is our minimalist tiny home and is front and center to our donkey, bull, dairy cow and goats. We ask that pets do not approach the fence line to keep our animals calm.
Guests must climb stairs/ladder to reach the loft.
There are surveillance devices on the property for the safety and security of our guests.
Campfires are permitted, and firewood is available for sale at our camp store. We ask that you do not bring in firewood to protect our trees from harmful insects. Fires should never be left unattended and should not exceed 3 feet high.
We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.
Guests will need to adhere to the Farmstead property rules and will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
