Summary:
We welcome you to this beautiful loft with a balcony in Barranquilla, with capacity for 3 people and 45 sq ft in a new and modern building. You will have access to the gym on the 3rd floor and the jacuzzi on the 13th floor with a spectacular view. It is in an excellent location close to restaurants, Venezuela Park and the Olimpica supermarket just a few steps from the building. Located on a main road where it is very easy to get transportation.

The Space:
Our loft is located in a new and modern building. With a minimalist atmosphere, wifi, air conditioning and balcony, it is the perfect place to rest after a long day of work or sightseeing. You will be able to arrive at the time that suits you best thanks to our digital badge. Upon entering you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, microwave, washing machine, dishes and pots and pans. You will also have access to a comfortable breakfast bar, the living area and a comfortable double bed with smart tv and streaming. The sofa bed is not very big so we recommend it to be used by children. The bathroom has a shower with hot water.

The Neighborhood:
You will be in a very busy sector, an important commercial and student area. You will be located on carrera 46 which is one of the main roads, so it is easily accessible for the transportation you need. Nearby you will find restaurants and entertainment venues, you will also be within walking distance of the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe.
