Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

This home is located within walking distance of Big Bear Ski Resort . Host to many activities throughout the year. Enjoy Hiking , Mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, ziplining, tubing, rock wall climbing or participate in one of the many events hosted by the Snow Summit/Bear Ski resort. Test your skills in the Spartan Race , enjoy the Above The Boom event and witness the fourth of July firework show from up near the top of the resort. With multiple dining options, you won't need to go far to enjoy a great meal.
