Great condo

House was clean and functional. Beds were comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate with and I would recommend renting this house. Having the garage was so great and location to town was also convenient.

Kanab Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location is great. Walkable to downtown Kanab and close to several national and state parks. We enjoyed trips to the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce as well as excursions to the Best Friends animal shelter and Belly of the Dragon and other mini stops during our 4 night stay. Kari was an excellent host who quickly responded to any questions we had. The house was comfy and clean, beautifully decorated and exactly as described. We would stay here again if we come back to this area.

Had a lovely stay

The house was clean and decorated so nicely with very good beds and new bedding. It had everything we needed for our month here and came with many amenities. (Lots of coffee pods, creamer, tea, sweetener, t paper and paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap dispensers in both showers.

The condo was wonderful. It was clean, very convenient location, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond. Getting in and checking out was easy as well. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Great for families and Great Location

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. It was clean and very roomy. We had everything we needed. It is located with minutes to everything in town. This is the perfect location if you want to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Page, and the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay here again!

Great homebase!

We loved the location, well stocked, comfy beds, etc. the only thing we did not appreciate was the camera inside of the home. It faces outside but the owners can still listen to everything being said inside of the home. This made us uncomfortable. The first day we were unsure of our safety with the amount of cameras around the property and inside of the home. We would recommend for anyone going to Zion, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, north rim etc.

Family Vacation

We used Kanab as our home base for visiting all the parks in the arena. It's a great location and the property is clean, safe, and quiet. Kari was quick to respond to all my messages. We enjoyed our stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Kanab, UT. It was clean, well-equipped and the perfect size for us. We had a power outage while we were there due to a brush fire in the area, and the owner was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A nice place to rest no mater what your day adventure is!

We were in Kanab for 7 nights to explore what the Southern Utah has to offer. We were not disappointed with different adventure planned on each day. Especially thankful to have a convenient located, comfortable, clean, and quiet home to replenish our energy.

Perfect Stay

The condo was the perfect place for our needs and was in a great location. Only a mile or less to most restaurants, tour companies and shops. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have some of the essentials you don't see in most rentals like, K Cups, zip lock bags, salt/pepper, tea, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, hand soaps and hand lotion. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were always quick. We would definitely plan to stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Amazing accommodations

We loved staying here. Everything was clean and in good working order. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and linens. It’s a little away from the center of town, maybe too far to walk, but a 3 minute drive to everything you need. Easy to get to the animal sanctuary, sand caves and the sand dunes. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Kanab getaway

Loved the home and location. Home was exactly as the online listing. Living, kitchen, dining, and garage on the first floor was so convenient to coming and going. Laundry on the second floor with the tree bedrooms was also convenient. The only thing I would change is a curtain on the main bathroom window.

Clean, beautiful home!

This place was amazing! It was very clean, the decor was perfect, and it was very welcoming. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was very accommodating if you want or need to prepare meals or snacks. Our views out every window were beautiful! We enjoyed playing shuffleboard while we visited, and next time we visit, we will be using the fire pit for sure! We can’t wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

Loved this place

When they say easy check in they mean it!! Spacious for our group of 7, sweet small town located central to where we planned to visit (Zion and Bryce Canyon). Don't hesitate to book this stay!

Clean new condo!

Very high quality, nearly new condo. Great customer service from the management. Loved the shuffleboard game in the garage (shuffleboard powder almost gone, please provide more!). The only slight negative, perhaps, is that the condo is on the outskirts of town but this is a very minor inconvenience.
