Please remember that you're staying in my house, not a hotel. Please treat my home with respect, as previous guests, family, and friends have. If any problems come up, I'll do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7 and I manage this home myself.

For non-emergency issues, I'll send a maintenance person out as soon as I can. For smaller issues, I'll have a maintenance person resolve after your departure from the home.

👉All guests must be 23+ years old, except for children with parents.
👉9 people max can stay in the home. I require an accurate count.
👉There are security cameras on the front and side of the home for your protection and safety. If you touch or tamper with these cameras, I'll ask you to leave immediately.
👉No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
👉We provide a start of supplies like cooking basics, paper products, and bathroom essentials. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.
