On top of having this entire property to yourself you will also have access to Mountain House Lodge at Sereno Canyon. The lodge has a large communal pool, hot tub, spa, putting green, restaurant, bar, and full gym.

Golfers... this property has guest access to Troon Golf course.

For all of the hikers out there, you can walk to Toms Thumb trailhead from the front door. A few minutes drive from Pinnacle Peak. Two of Arizona's top rated hiking destinations.

Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, just let us know, and we'll be happy to help!

Pool heat is available for $100 per day.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house to yourself. Also you will have access to the Sereno Canyon clubhouse, full gym, spa, scenic restaurant, community pool and private pool.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the beautiful Troon neighborhood, Sereno Canyon. A newly constructed gated community in North Scottsdale within walking distance to Tom's Thumb trailhead.

World class golf and hiking surrounding the property offer unforgettable views of Arizona's mountainous desert landscape.

Getting Around:
Just a 30 minute drive to Old Town, minutes to championship Troon golf courses, walking distance to Tom's Thumb trailhead, and 40 minutes from the Phoenix airport

Other Things to Note:
If any pets are on the property there is a deep cleaning fee of $2,500.

No smoking inside the home. There is a $5,000 fee if smoke is detected inside the house.
Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.
