The family room is where guest can enjoy games , books or movies on the 85” 4K TV after a day of exploring, hiking, biking, pickleball and so much more. Both the 2nd (King size bed) & 3rd (Queen size bed) guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each room has ceiling fans, large 4K TV’s, floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors giving you the opportunity to see wildlife roam through the yard. The guest bathroom on the first floor offers a large tiled walk in shower, sink and toilet with bidet. The Laundry room has all the comforts of home with GE stacked front load washer and dryer with steam and smart dispenser and a double basin sink.

The outdoor 5 person hot tub/spa is great for relaxing while spending quality time with family and friends under the stars. This property offers plenty of parking and out door lighting on both top and bottom levels. The lower level has covered parking with access into first floor.

Please Note: The Subdivision (High Rock Acres) has maintained gravel roads and can be bumpy at times. There are no street lights. The road is accessible by all types of vehicles including 2WD. No 4WD is required unless wintry conditions exist.
