Unobstructed views of Kiawah Islands pristine beach! This truly beautifully decorated, fully renovated one bedroom, one bath villa features TWO balconies. One balcony off the open living area is covered and includes a dining table and chairs seating four. The other balcony is open and has a private entrance from the main bedroom with two lounge chairs. This lovely villa is located on the first floor with an easy convenient beach access.
The kitchen opens into the living area and is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances. The living area is large with comfortable seating and large T.V. The large bedroom includes a King Bed with a second T.V. and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head and a hand held shower wand. The double vanity features a large mirror with plenty of light. This bathroom also has a separate toilet room. This villa also features a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet located off the kitchen.
You are within walking distance to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel. Roy Barth Tennis Center is a short bike ride away. While many Golf courses are just a short drive away, The Turtle Point Golf Course is our closest golf course from the villa.

Amazing Ocean-front Retreat

Loved the Carmel Cottage one bed, one bath ocean-front condo! Sparkling clean and sophisticatedly decorated. Beautiful view and easy beach access. We will be back!

Windswept Villa

My wife and I stayed at the Windswept Villa for 2 nights. Really nice villa place with plenty of room for 2 and if would still be perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location and great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived.

Fabulous stay

From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. The recently renovated unit was stylish, clean, and had a great beach view, every small necessity was provided for, and check in and check out were seamless. Patricia also provided helpful info about bike rentals, restaurant suggestions and other local knowledge. We hope to make it back for another stay soon!

Perfect stay in East Beach, close to Sanctuary

A beautiful property with lovely views of the ocean from several vantage points. Easily accessible to all the Island has to offer, including walking distance to The Sanctuary. Be sure to bring or rent bikes, as it’s another great way to see Kiawah. This unit does not have access to the pools, however.

What a special find on Kiawah! The view was spectacular and accommodations exactly as listed. Patricia was so helpful and responded immediately with any concerns. I highly recommend Windswept Ocean Villa. You will really enjoy this comfortable and well appointed home.
