Fully furnished home, mostly to yourself as roommates are at school. 6 month lease, then mo to mo. $500 discount if confirmed by 12/9. Laundry available, initial towels/linens provided and parking. House, in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to the Monon , Carmel Center for Performing Arts, Carmel Art & Design District, City Center, Midtown Plaza and now Carmel Christkindlmarkt! Near Restaurants, shops, grocery stores (Meijer/Kroger) Main St., all walking distance. No pets please. 10pm quiet time, Carmel Gym nearby ($16 per day or mo. to mo mbrshp). 1st, last and security deposit for move in, rent due by 5th of month. $50 fee added if late. Mates do have keys and may be home for holidays (April, Dec and Summer) 3 weeks advanced notice for move outs. Call/msg for more details
