This condo is fully furnished featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and an oversized, enclosed patio with great views of the greenery and vegetation. The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, and access to the hallway bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror. Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully-stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, beautiful cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more!

The living room is located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed, wall mounted TV, accent chair, side tables, coffee table, bar stools, and access to the private enclosed patio. The sleeper sofa will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment was beautifully decorated, the new flooring and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
