Classy Coastal Design featuring a 300 square foot balcony! This beachfront condo offers the Best Views on the Emerald Coast. Ocean Reef 1209 is a fabulous end unit located directly on the gulf! It boasts an all new interior completed January 2019! It features a spacious open floor plan with a living room and dinning room that flows into the kitchen that even offers a breakfast bar for easy and extra seating.
The extra large balcony features beachfront dining for 6, two comfy lounge chairs and a cushioned couch seating area. Imagine 30' feet of direct ocean front view with a view of west beach and sunsets too! See fireworks and the new Sky Wheel at Pier Park from this 12th floor vantage point. Enjoy your morning coffee and the ocean breeze on this spacious balcony all while falling in LOVE with the sugar white sand and emerald green water! This unit offers 2 master bedrooms. Both featuring king sized beds, private baths and large screen TV's. The large living area features a 60" large screen, smart tv with sound bar, a cozy sectional and plenty of seating for all. There is even a desk for your laptop with a view of the beach. Bedroom three features a queen sized bed with a large, flat screen tv. Bedroom four features a single over a full sized bed/ bunk combination with an additional flat screen tv. Bedrooms three and four share a jack and Jill bath. Ship Wreck Island water park and Gulf World are just down the street.

Ocean Reef is a Panama City Beach high rise resort. Located on the (quiet) west end of the beach. This boutique resort only has 160 total units. Explore the beach with 400 feet of private beach adjacent to over a mile of undeveloped, open beach to the east. Enjoy an array of amenities including: a gulf front outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a Hot Tub, along with Steam, Sauna and Exercise rooms. This unit has one reserved, covered parking spot with other non- reserved spots available. Please limit vehicle's to no more than three. Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely LOVED the location- walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Panama City Beach and plenty of entertainment for kids nearby, too! The condo is away from a lot of the high-rise condos/hotels so the beach was never crowded. We saw stunning sunsets from our end unit balcony that was fully furnished. We had one maintenance issue, snd the owner was quick to respond and send someone out same-day! We will definitely be back to stay in this condo in the future!

Great place for a family group

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was very nicely decorated and the balcony was a dream to sit on in the mornings and enjoy watching the waves. We never had to travel very far to enjoy the amenities in Panama City. The only things i would suggest to the owner's would be to consider upgrading the bed pillows and adding a few cooking tools for the kitchen. We enjoyed the stay and would love to return.

Wonderful and relaxing

This was a beautiful and spacious condo that anyone would love to stay. The location is perfect and the views were wonderful. This condo is settled perfectly between a quiet spot of the beach and this is hard to find so close to Pier Park! I loved the peace:) You will love the beautiful sunsets and the night crab hunting. Putt Putt just across the street and go carts as well. A great donut shop just across the street as well. So many things to do and easy to get to. Enjoy your stay and we will be back!

Lovely views and location

Great condo with lovely views and nice central location. Only about 1 mile from pier park. Had nice beach cart and pool toys available for use. It does not have a lot of kids stuff available in the kitchen (plastic cups and plates), so that would be nice to have. Patio outside is large with table and comfy chairs. Nice condo!

Nice Place

Condo is nice. No hot water in kitchen despite owner saying there was. Tried his suggestion - didn't work. Condo is quiet and elevators are quick. Mid-October means cooler ocean and the outside pool needs to be heated. Indoor pool is WAY too noisy, too warm and way over chlorinated. Prefer warmer outdoor pool.. Overall nice place. Be warned - if windy at all - patio furniture blows across the patio - almost had a 7 y.o. knocked over badly due to unexpected wind gusts and a flying rattan chair.

A PERFECT STAY

My family & I have been vacationing in PCB our entire lives. This condo is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is in a great location (very close to pier park) & is very easy to navigate. The condo is clean, has nice appliances, and comfy bedding! We loved having the corner room with a large balcony. The condo itself easily fit our family of 7. The owners are very easy to communicate with and leave informative instructions on everything you may need for your stay. We have absolutely no complaints & would love to visit again one day!

Return to Ocean Reef

We stayed at Ocean Reef previously so we knew the resort and location. This unit was exactly what the pictures show. It was very clean and spacious. The sunset views were spectacular! We enjoyed another great vacation to PCB!

Family fun!

The condo was lovely, balcony was amazing with great ocean view, large and very comfy furniture. Many things to do within walking distance, enjoyed walking to restaurants, donuts, arcade, gift shops. The pool is large and refreshing when you need a break from the sand. We really appreciated the very clean bathrooms in the pool area. We had a wonderful time! The only negative was the elevator situation the first two days. Only two of the three elevators worked all week so with everyone arriving we waited 20 minutes for an elevator more than once. This alone will make us hesitant to book again. I’m sure owner pays a hefty HOA so I would sure complain! It did not ruin our week but with so many choices we will try something else!

Overall the condo was very nice. Unfortunately one day f the elevators were broken.

From the moment we arrived it was difficult navigating the broken elevator with many frustrating times waiting for an available way to reach our floors. Available parking across the street did become cramped at times. Be aware that cleaners use the guest elevator and parking, so if you arrive early you may have to be patient with them.

We stayed July 8th to 15th. The condo was exactly as described and decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and everything we needed was provided in the condo. We had a small issue with the TV and Dan was so accommodating and brought a new one the next day! We will definitely be staying here again next year! Thanks Mr. Dan!

July 4th vacation

The condo layout and decor was beautiful. Balcony overlooking the ocean and watching fireworks was awesome. However, the dishwasher was broke. The coffee maker and trash can were extremely dirty. Our bed broke in the middle of the night and we had to get up and fix it. The owner stated he temporarily fix the bed before got we got there. He had been working on the dishwasher up until check in time. The reasoning for the dirty coffee maker and trash can was his cleaning crew got there late the day we were to show up. The elevators (2), one was not working were very slow. On July 4th all 3 elevators were down. We had to walk 7 flights of stairs and then took the parking ramps from 5 floor to the first floor. But the elevators were fixed by the end of the day.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything provided a family could need. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to move around. The balcony was furnished with table and chairs, couch, rockers and more. The view of the ocean was unbelievable. It's a very nice resort and everyone that worked there was friendly and willing to help you with any questions you had. The entire resort is smoke free including their beach area and swimming pool. NO smoking anywhere on the property. IF you are looking for a 4 bedroom 3 bath condo this is it!!!!!

Great Loaction

The condo was beautiful. We booked it because of the big balcony. We lived out there. There was a bit of confusion at check in but the owner resolved it very quickly. I brought my daughter and her husband and my son with his wife and 15 month old little boy. We had plenty of space and could walk to many restaurants and attactions. IMy only suggestion is that the second master bedroom get a new mattress. I would definately rent again in the building and this condo. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

Communication with the owner was great. The condo is as described. I'll expand on it. It's a perfect space for 8 people. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There are plenty of beach items too...beach chairs, beach toys & accessories, and a wagon to bring up groceries or take items to the beach. Bring your own beach towels. There are a couple of restaurants that are short walks including breakfast, lunch & snacks. There are numerous restaurants within 8 minute drives each direction from the condo. Pier park is a short drive.

My Wife and I recently acquired this beautiful condo as we visited my wife’s brother who has a condo in the same building. We are from Colorado and recently semiretired . We have three children and 8 grandchildren and with all that’s going on in the world we were looking for an Awesome place to vacation in the states. We are looking forward to becoming a premier host as time goes by. This is all new to us and we hope to make this the nicest and most comfortable place for you to vacation. Why they chose this property

One of the main reasons we chose this neighborhood was because all of the open beach to the east. There is only one small motel to the east of us and then over a mile of private beach for you and us to enjoy .We were also right on the beach, walk out of the lower level right onto the sand. The sand is known as sugar sand, it’s white and gorgeous.

What makes this property unique

It has everything you could ask in walking distance. The is a donut shop right across the street😎.The amount of low density of beach we have at our toe tips.The balconies are extra big with 300 sq ft of Balcony. We will keep things up to date as we plan to enjoy 3 to 4 weeks a year here ourselves. There is room for the whole family and more😎
