Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, where comfort meets luxury. Our spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind and relax with family and friends. With a 4K 65” QLED Smart TV and a surround sound entertainment system, you'll feel like you're at the movies right in the comfort of your own home. The open layout connects directly to the dining area and kitchen island, making meal time a breeze. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and the gas-powered fireplace adds to the cozy ambiance—making it the perfect setting for a romantic date night

Our rental property boasts both front and backyard spaces that are sure to please. Step into the front yard and you'll find a cozy two-seating patio area, shaded by tall bushes that provide both privacy and respite from the sun. In the backyard, outdoor enthusiasts will find their paradise with a newly-installed saltwater pool and jacuzzi - perfect for taking a dip on a hot day. Afterward, kick back and soak up some sun on our comfortable chaise lounge chairs - the ideal spot for sipping a cold drink or reading a good book. If you're feeling social, fire up the natural gas grill and host a BBQ, or take advantage of the sloped putting green to practice your short game. And when it's time for a break, head over to the covered patio area, complete with plush couches and a TV - perfect for relaxing with friends or family while enjoying the fresh desert air.


Walk into to the primary bedroom, a spacious and luxurious retreat that will make you feel like royalty. The California king bed is fit for a king or queen, and the 4K 55” television with fire stick provides all the entertainment you need. Need more sleeping space? The private walk-in closet comes equipped with two rollaway beds for your convenience. Plus, you'll have your own private bathroom and a sliding door exit directly to the pool and spa, perfect for a midnight swim. And if you need to catch up on work or want a dedicated space for your laptop, our home also comes with a dedicated office space for your convenience. You'll be able to stay productive while enjoying your time away from home.

The second and third bedrooms are equally comfortable, with queen beds, nightstands with charger ports, and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom. The third bedroom features a fun Paris themed layout that is perfect for kids and adults alike.

Stay connected with full coverage high-speed internet, and take advantage of the dedicated laundry room. Board games and books for all ages are also included, perfect for a cozy night in.

Located in the heart of Montego Dunes, our home is just a short walk away from the wonderful Roger Dunn's Golf Store. We're also just a few minutes away from the Coachella Festival, Stagecoach Festival, and many other prime entertainment options.

Guest access
With plenty of space to store all your travel, guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, excluding the single owner’s closet by the entrance.

Parking:
Two Car Garage parking and two car driveway, allowing up to 4 cars for the guests.
Other things to note
Animals:
Guest must discuss with the Host and be approved to bring their pet/s. Please clean after your furry friends. If there are any stains or residue, we must charge a deep cleaning fee based on the assessed damage. Thank you.

Pool/Spa:
Pool heating is available up to 82 degrees for an additional $90/night. Please let us know in advance so the pool is heated for your stay. Spa can be fully controlled by the iPad located in the kitchen and can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. All outdoor Pool towels are provided and located in each of the bathrooms.

Rules:

No Smoking Inside. Please close windows or any possible entrances inside when smoking outside.

Violation of any House Rules anytime during your stay will result in all occupants being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be cancelled with no refund.
