Our charming cabin has been completely renovated and is located in a small lake community across the street from Lake Pocotopaug.
More than meets the eye…While the outside of the cabin is reminiscent of a quaint lakeside cabin, the inside is uniquely modern and incredibly functional for sleeping up to four+ guests in just over 600 sq feet. Recently updated from its 1930’s rustic interior, the cabin now features a farmhouse kitchen complete with a full size fridge, compact oven, compact microwave, and a Keurig machine.
The living space contains a comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa and a tucked-away drop-leaf dining table where up to six people can enjoy a home-cooked meal. A bar area is nestled in the corner near and peeks into the small but comfortable additional dining area that seats 4. Board games and plenty of puzzles can be found in this area and feel free to connect to our Bose Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite playlist.
The sleeping spaces consist of a cozy bedroom with a Queen size Helix Midnight Luxe mattress. You’ll wake up to the sounds of birds, and rustling leaves from the woodland animals that visit in the mornings. This charming space also includes a separate dressing room a cozy lounge chair with down filled cushions-the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The tiny loft (accessed via a ladder) features a queen size DreamCloud memory foam mattress.
The newly renovated bathroom includes a spacious walk in shower with handheld sprayer.
