121 IRB Home is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and accommodates 6 guests. This vacation spot is for the beach lover! Just a 5-minute walk to sink your toes into the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Load up the beach wagon and plan on spending the day soaking up the sun and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. The home is well equipped for staying in and making dinner. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. There are 2 separate living rooms so the kids can game and others can catch a movie. Walking distance to many local favorites as far as restaurants, shops & ice cream just to name a few! Enjoy your stay!

Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blenders, and tea kettle. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, patio doors leading to screened-in lanai with dining table & 4 chairs, wicker loveseat and 2 chairs, 2 ceiling fans, and a beverage mini fridge.

Living Room #1: Leather sofa and loveseat, chair with ottoman, coffee table, TV w/ console table, end tables, and ceiling fan.

Living Room #2: Leather sofa, duel recliner, single recliner, piano, 2 end tables, and TV w/ console table.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dressers, 2 nightstands, a mirror, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and single vanity.

Bedroom #3: 2 twin-size beds, dresser, nightstand, and ceiling fan.

Garage: Washer & dryer are located in the garage along with beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and umbrella.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows 2 parking spots. There is no street parking.

The local area and towns have plenty to do during your stay such as local eateries, shopping, watersports, miniature golf, Splash Harbour Waterpark, bowling, laser tag, and trampoline park. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
