FREE VALET PARKING & NO RESORT FEES! We are excited to offer our guests the Signature MGM condo-hotel! The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Tower 2 outdoor heated pool is open year-round! Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite with kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Please keep in mind that check-in may involve a wait, so we recommend arriving early to make the most of your stay.

NO ONE CARES

I was told there were extra towels under the bathroom sink. Not true.Had to beg for towels from room attendants on different floors because no one would help me at the front desk. These rooms are managed by a third party. That being the case the front desk wouldn't help me with anything. They couldn't even give me the correct phone number to request towels.There were bags of trash by the elevator for over five hours.I paid 75 for an early check-in. There was no record of it when I arrived.The valet lost my rental. Waited over 45 minutes. I had to take my friend to the airport by Uber and back by taxi for 75. The front desk could not help because "these rooms are managed by a third party"The room was clean, very comfortable and exactly as described. I feel sorry for the owner.I may be delusional but people go on trips to escape the every day aggravation. Here you have to pay for it.My strongest advice is never book through third party reservations. The host properties will not lift a finger to help you. Also research a property that some semblance of customer service.Lesson learned. Do not contact me as I have heard all the "we're so sorry regarding your experience" platitudes. Nothing more to say.I've heard it dozens of times. I want nothing from you.
