Charming, dog-friendly home with fully-fenced yard + bonus room which is perfect for a dedicated workspace or an additional small bedroom. Renters will have entire unit!
Available for mid to long term rental, min 30 days, flexible lease terms. Video tour available for serious inquiries.
Home is fully furnished for your living needs!
Lease agreements Include all utilities (water, electricity, trash, internet). Hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped galley kitchen with in-unit laundry (W/D). There is office attached to main bedroom for your remote work needs. Free, plentiful street parking.
Backyard is fully fenced with additional fenced in annex containing 4 egg-laying CHICKENS! Landlords will provide you with all of the education and tools you need to care for these (very low maintenance) animals. Renter has luxury of starting each morning with fresh eggs!
Gas grill and outdoor patio/furniture out back are available for entertaining. Dog friendly! (No cats at this time.)
