Beautiful new house
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding experience! The home is brand new and in pristine condition, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit on the deck, as well as the gas fireplace inside. There is a gas grill. No complaints and we would absolutely stay again. A couple things some people might be sensitive to - the house is so new that we could still smell the varnish on the doors and woods ceilings. Nothing that leaving the windows open a bit couldn’t fix. There’s also a house being built a hundred feet or so up the road, so it’s possible you might hear normal construction sounds if you’re out on the deck (at least as of August 2024). The driveway is quite steep, but our front wheel drive vehicle did fine (but it was always dry when we tried).

Friends weekend
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was great, very clean, kitchen was stocked well, great outside space. We had a little trouble wit the ice maker, staff was on it immediately. I think it should be noted, you are going up a steep mountain to get to the cabin (about 4 miles from where you pick up they keys) I would highly recommend arriving before dark.

Spring break
We loved this house. But it should definitely be mentioned.. you are climbing a mountain to get there. We had a 4-wheel truck and it was fine. Even the driveway is a pretty steep incline. The house was immaculate. Loved the fire place and outdoor fire pit. Asheville was a 30 min drive. There’s 2 golf courses nearby other than that you’ll need to leave the area to find activities. Again, can’t say enough good things about this house. Would definitely recommend.
