Boa estadia

Apto com boa estrutura, limpo e organizado, fica próximo ao centro de Capivari. Atende bem uma família ou pequenos grupos de amigos. Aquecimento a gás faz diferença e traz mais aconchego ao apto que é bem decorado e acolhedor.

Estadia em lugar lindo e bem localizado

Condomínio muito bonito, hóspedes podem ter acesso a todas as áreas. Apartamento muito bonito, bem equipado, aconchegante e muito limpo. Em frente ao prédio há um restaurante onde se pode tomar café da manhã, caso não queira levar ou cozinhar no apartamento. Sugiro apenas que deixe uma orientação por escrito para os hóspedes sobre como ligar e ajustar o aquecedor a gás ou já deixar ligado e ajustado, pois no primeiro dia estava desligado e tivemos dificuldade para ligar e a água ficava esquentando e esfriando durante o banho. No segundo dia se ajustou e não sabemos direito como.

FDS em Campos do Jordao

A localização do imóvel e muito boa. O imóvel e muito bom e aconchegante, precisa de algumas manutenções, mas nos atendeu a mim e minha família muito bem. A dona, Elisabete, foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Os síndicos do prédio também são muito prestativos e preocupados com os hóspedes.
