Restful, beautifully designed, and ingenious in terms of use of space and storage, this light, bright, sparkling clean vacation getaway features a full kitchen with dishwasher, airy living room and large bathroom. The bedroom has a king-sized sleep-number bed and the living room a queen-sized sofa-sleeper. On the lovely terrace you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views and warm gulf breezes.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club, offers an on-site heated swimming pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard, grills and laundry facilities on 10 beautifully landscaped, gulf-front acres.

Located on the quiet southern end of Ft. Myers Beach, the condominium complex is across the street from restaurants, shopping, drug store, marina for boat rentals and an executive 18-hole golf course. There's also a bank, bookstore and stationary store with a US post office outlet within walking distance.

Trolley service offers hassle-free transportation to local attractions such as Lover's Key State Park (1.8 miles south), Times Square (4.6 miles north), and additional shopping.

This is an excellent place in spite of the construction happening due to 3 hurricanes over the past 3 years.The pool is clean, the right temperature and close to the condo buildings.The beach is also very close and a relaxing area.The condo is small, but so well organized that it works very well

Wonderful

Great communication/instructions with property manager. Very clean, and steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Construction was minimal when we were there mainly working on landscaping. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Great accommodations

We loved our stay on Estero - accommodations were exactly as pictured! It is located on Fort Myers Beach, has a beautiful balcony, you can hear the ocean and wonderful December weather! We were looking for a quiet retreat, yet near to touristy stuff, which it was. The condo was perfect for the two of us - there was a Publix 5 miles down the road to the condo - so easy to pick up supplies. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet get away, yet close to the city of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs and Naples.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo had everything we needed. Although Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, we had a very relaxing time. There were several wonderful restaurants open with amazing food. The beach was lovely, we enjoyed looking for shells and saw dolphins several times. We did a kayak excursion and saw dolphins, manatee and many native birds. Condo was clean, pool was open, office staff was very friendly, check in was so easy. We were able to borrow pickleball equipment from the office and played a couple games. The hosts were great, they checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed for a smooth check in/out. There was a lot of construction going on in neighboring condos and all along the island. However, the noise was not loud or disruptive. It was good to see the recovery process and the positivity of everyone we met. We had a very nice time and would love to visit again.

Beautiful Condo

Terri was very attentive to our needs and honest about the construction (which was very little) on the grounds. She also communicated the possibility of Red Tide notice she received and offered options for us. As it turned out, there was no Red Tide while we were there. The condo itself was beautiful - newly redecorated and renovated. The condo was clean and updated. The space met our needs for the week. The beach was right outside the building and we had a small view from the balcony. Would highly recommend renting from her.

Couple Getaway

This condo was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach, even though at high tide, there isn’t much of it. We’ve stayed at EBTC before Ian, and the beach seems very different now. But we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We like this place and this end of the island. Terri was great with info and answering our questions.

Perfect vacation spot

We had a great family vacation at this condo in ft Myers beach. It was neat to see the island slowly rebuilding and businesses being creative to stay open following Ina. The pool is perfect and the access to beach is so convenient. The entire complex is well maintained and perfect for a week of relaxation. We will be back. :)

Clean beachfront property

This property was great. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, the location was great, the host was very responsive & informative of the construction process as well as which amenities would or wouldn't be available during our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great condo on the beach

We loved our stay, the condo is just the right size for a couple. It is stocked with everything that you need for a beach vacation including towels, beach chairs, etc. Great for us since we arrived by plane. The building was still undergoing some construction but that did not hinder our enjoyment. There were no loud noises and we were able to get to the beach with no issues. The pool was not open but the lounge chairs were out so that they could be used in the large sandy area in front of the building. The beach is just a few steps away and couldn't be more convenient. Parking is on-site and free. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Terri's condo. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. We appreciated Terri's honesty about the area not being up to par with all the storm recovery going on, so we knew what to expect. The pool had not yet opened while we were there and Terri was quick to credit us for the loss of that amenity. The beach was gorgeous and got to try out the beautiful new pickleball courts. Thank you Terri, we will be back.

Wonderful stay

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean, crisply decorated and well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a short weekend or a long stay. The hosts were very friendly and completely up front about all our inquiries about the state of the property and Ft Myers Beach as the area continues to recover from Ian. At the time of our stay not all of the properties wonderful amenities were back on line but the views from the furnished deck of amazing sunrises and the spectacular sunsets from the beach made our trip extremely memorable. Perfect beach getaway!

My grandparents own a condo at EBTC, so I am very familiar with the property. This condo was very well updated and had everything you need. The views are great and the location isn’t far from the beach or good restaurants. We will be back.

Mother/Daughters Getaway

I took my oldest and middle daughter on a beach vacation for my oldest daughter’s graduation. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The beach was small but private and the ocean was the warmest I’ve ever been in! It was amazing. Great location. Wonderful week. Thank you!

We love this location. Santini across the street has many great places to eat and a farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday. Terri was so prompt in answering my questions and the condo has many extras. A relaxing place for a vacation.

Wonderful place!

We loved our time here! This condo had everything we needed. The place was super clean and modern. We were impressed by all the details including plenty of storage, updated kitchen with soft close cabinets, all the supplies we needed, plus the sleep number bed. We had a wonderful time here. Why they chose this property

We chose Ft. Myers Beach for its white sand beaches and island feel. We liked this condo because of the great views and its location on the quiet south end of the island.

What makes this property unique

Watching the sun rise from the balcony is second only to the night view, which is spectacular. We also enjoy sunbathing, swimming, watching the sun rise and set, dolphin and wildlife sighting, swimming, walking on the beach, shelling, relaxing and enjoying the view from the balcony, eating out and shopping at the local businesses.
