The kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher. The dining area seats six. The washer and dryer are in a closet across from the kitchen.
The living room features a large smart TV mounted over the electric fireplace. It has a comfortable queen sleeper that seats 3 when made up, and an oversized armchair that turns into a twin sleeper. Off the living room is a balcony with a bench that seats two and a table with seating for two.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV.
