Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Our gorgeous newly built cabin is located just minutes from 4 ski resorts and a private lake, with beach access and family friendly amenities like bocce ball, volleyball and horseshoe. Enjoy fishing/kayaking on a peaceful lake available only to community. Miles of hiking trails are all within walking distance. This amazing cabin has 12 beds to host large groups and ensure a great stay in the Tahoe/Truckee area. The house is 3000 sqft, featuring an open floor concept, with state of the art kitchen appliances. Downstairs has a separate game room/living room with a pull-out queen couch. Bottom floor also has a private sauna and lounge/bar area for guests to enjoy.

Family Celebration

Great property for a family gathering. Plenty of space, especially in the kitchen/dining/great room for all to gather. Plenty of dishware and utensils for all. We would book this accommodation again.

Great new house

Yana was a great host. House was well equipped, nicely located in a quiet town, close to the highway and to trails in the area. House was clean and wonderful, very spacious for a group of 16 people. The hosts were very responsive for any questions or requests we had and were excellent.

Ski Week 2024

Property - Nicely appointed, very spacious open living floorplan, gorgeous home and it's brand new !!! Cleanliness - Immaculate (and I'm a picky OCD) Location - Perfect for ski season, within minutes from Donner, Sugarbowl & Royal Gorge (cross-country / snowshoe) Host - Super responsive! Amenities - Almost everything you'll need and a dry sauna for bonus Will we go back? Heck ya !!!

Best Cabin in Soda Springs!

We were extremely pleased to have stayed at this brand new built, modern, well-furnished cabin! This amazing place was spacious for our group of 5 families and perfectly located within less than 30-mins drive of 5 different ski resorts. The cabin was clean and equipped with high-end kitchen appliances, which was a huge plus for our big group when preparing meals for our hungry kids. The beds were very comfortable for us to get some good rest after a long day on slopes! The host was responsive and provided great communication. We would definitely be back for any future cabin trips, highly recommended!!
