The Space

You will also enjoy crisp, drinking water through the double filtration system. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in closets with a safe, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in closets, and adjacent private bathroom. The unit has a screened front porch with comfortable seating and views of the pool, AC and fans in each room, high-speed internet, and two large flat screen TVs with Roku for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Parking for your car is available on the premises, including a charging station for golf carts. The property grounds are fully landscaped with lush greenery, flowers, and palm trees. The swimming pool has lounge chairs and outside shower and include a covered seating area with dining table and chairs and outside sink for enjoying drinks away from the sun. The unit has a dedicated grounds keeper and night security for added peace of mind.

Getting Around
Guests can easily visit many shops and restaurants located only 3–5-minute walk from the unit, including coffee shops, several restaurants, grocery store, medical clinic, and beauty/spa. You are also located within an easy 15-minute walk to Playas del Coco for additional dining and shopping, including beachfront bars and restaurants and tour companies.
The Location
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport (LIR), near Liberia. The town is dotted with supermarkets, fruit vendors, and many restaurants, bars, and shops – too many to count. Enjoy walking along the beach boardwalk or a stroll from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You are also close to some of the region’s most beautiful beaches along the Gulf of Papagayo, and several day trip attractions – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
