PettingZoo HeatedPool Tropical Private 5-acre Rnch
Escape to the tranquility of the countryside, just 20 minutes from the beach, in this stunning hacienda nestled in the rolling hills of Vista, CA. This spacious, professionally designed, and decorated home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, making it the ideal getaway for families, friends, or couples. The home is surrounded by a beautiful mature landscape and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance.
Petting Zoo: We have a beautiful little petting zoo on the property that you and your family can enjoy during your stay; we have two mini horses, a giant tortoise, a llama, two kune-kune pigs, and several beautiful Nigerian dwarf goats (they all have names). All are very friendly as they've been around people their whole lives; we've had most of them since they were babies. During your stay, you're welcome to come over and visit them any time from outside their enclosures, or you can schedule a time with us to take you inside the enclosures and introduce you to all our furry babies; you'll be able to pet them, get pictures with them and give them treats, they love apples, strawberries, and lettuce. And if you have any small children under five years old, they might be able to get a tiny ride on our giant tortoise as he chases after his lettuce :)
This is a unique and private single-story multi-level home tucked away in the beautiful rolling hills of Vista. The property is surrounded by beautiful mature landscape and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance.
The pool area is private and for your use only, no one else has access to it.
Guests are welcome to walk around the 5-acre property and check out all the animals from outside their fencing! (guided tours inside the enclosures are available upon request).
Note: The swimming pool at this property does not have a child-proof barrier around it and therefore can be very dangerous to toddlers, small children, or anyone who can't swim. It is very important that you communicate this to everyone in your group, and that all adults take on the responsibility of being vigilant and protecting those most vulnerable. Please also inform the children of the dangers of drowning and to keep away from the pool when no adults are present. If you book this house, you assume full responsibility for yourself and your group in regard to this particular hazard.

* Glass in or near the pool is not allowed.
* Do not flush anything other than toilet paper, This house is on a delicate septic system.

* The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings.

There is an information booklet in the house with lots of information on all the local shopping, dining, entertainment, breweries, wineries, airports, hospitals, etc.
The property is located within 5 to 15 minutes of excellent dining, shopping, nightlife, great micro-breweries, Sunshine Mountain Winery just down the street, 15 min to Stone Brewery, 15 min to Legoland, 20 min to the Safari Park (aka Wild Animal Park) 45 min from downtown San Diego, 20 min to the beach. Highway 78 is 5 min away, the 15 fwy is 10 min away, and the 5 fwy 15 min away.
On Tuesdays is when our maintenance guy comes over to take the trash cans out to the street, so make sure you take all your trash out to the bins before 11 a.m. today. Trash trucks come by for pick up on Wednesday mornings. Our maintenance guy will come back on Wednesday afternoon to put the cans back.
On Wednesdays, our pool cleaning guy comes over, usually in the early afternoon.

* Screaming, yelling, or loud music is not allowed.
* Woodfires or fireworks are not allowed.
* Smoking in or near the house is not allowed.

The idea is so that our neighbors can't hear you. We, like most vacation homes, are located in neighborhoods where people go to bed early and wake up early to go to work, so we must ensure our guests are respectful of this.)
