Great Location

House is in a great location. Very convenient to all things GSU. The “fenced inl area is not quite fenced in so beware if you bring your dog. There is a four foot gap where two sides of the fence do not connect.

Loads of Character

We really enjoyed this quirky little house. We are country people so being in town was an adjustment but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient location to shopping. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean especially for an older home.

Unique and wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. It was my two sons, adults and my husband. The house was so unique. Yes, it is old, but it has so much character and we absolutely loved it. The host answered any questions and concerns. I had very quickly and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely PERFECT!

Very pleasantly surprised to see the accuracy of the photos and versus seeing the house in person. The location was just perfect for us. Such a quaint and charming home. Communication was superb and greatly appreciated.

Fun, historic and homey feel.

This is a great property, the listing was spot on. A few little quirks but nothing that disrupted our stay at all. Everything worked well and we hope to use this home again when we're in the area.

Awesome house

Historic house which was really cool. But that also means old. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Neighborhood is turning over so lots of upgrading of homes nearby. Walking distance to coffee house and downtown. Really cool little town.

Good choice in Statesboro

I arrived after dark and had no problems getting in and unloading the car by myself. The property is well lit and feels safe. Property manager always responded quickly to my questions. The house is adorable with tons of potential. As a solo traveler, I did not feel overwhelmed with too much space, although the house can easily accommodate at least six people. I will try to book this property on my next visit to Statesboro. To me, the vibe is like staying at my friend's Grandparent's old house that is now used as a vacation cottage. I had a wonderful stay, look forward to booking again.
