I have lived in Florida most of my life and like it here. Can't beat the weather and there is always plenty to do here.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it was nice and quiet but still close to everything.
What makes this property unique
The property is unique because we are in the middle of everything big to do in Florida. Disney and Bush Gardens are just a short drive in either direction. Also if you like to golf you can golf a different course everyday if you want in just a short car ride.
