This restored three-story row home features plenty of space for relaxation – as you enter, an inviting living room and spacious dining room, separated by a restored two-way brick fireplace that feeds each room. The newly updated gas fireplace ignites with a click, providing cozy warmth and atmosphere for relaxing downtime in the front room or an intimate dinner with family and friends on the dining room side.

On the second floor, a large family room dominates, with a sectional practically begging you to sink into it.

This room overlooks the scene on Prince George Street below and is perfect for movie night, board games, or a quiet nap after a morning of taking in everything Annapolis has to offer. And our full-size second-floor refrigerator is just steps away for a drink or late-night snack ...

Fantastic stay!

We had the best time at this gorgeous downtown home:) Patrick, our host was super responsive from the time I was considering booking to the time we checked out. Super cozy, well appointed and fantastic location! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

My wife and I have been coming to Annapolis for years. It was always a dream of ours to have a house there. When we stumbled on 146 Prince George we saw it as ideal for people with ties to the Naval Academy who might enjoy the beauty of the downtown area. Single family home, 4 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths, Central HVAC, Gas Heat, Large Backyard w/L Luxurious Garden, Family sized Kitchen w/Island, 2nd Floor Family Room w/Built-in Cabinetry, Full Height Third Floor Ceilings, Refinished Hardwood Floors Through Out, and Plantation Shutters.

It has all the amenities featuring a lovely upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite. Wait until you see its surprisingly peaceful backyard oasis where entertaining around the BBQ will be a favorite pass time!

Literally seconds from City Dock...stroll along Ego Alley and watch the boats try to maneuver the turn, or feed the City Dock Mallards. Anyone for ice cream at Storm Brothers? Make your way to Chick & Ruth's for the Saturday morning Pledge of Allegiance to our flag. Enjoy your front row seat for one of the largest Boat Show's on the East Coast...you get my drift!
