The house has a covered garage for 09 cars, living and dining rooms, large terraces, gardens area facing the sea with swimming pool with swimming sting, 04 suites in the main building, all with air conditioning split system, two of them in the 1st floor, with sea view. External bathroom, to meet the pool, toilet and kitchens with laundry and ironing area. OPTIONALLY, it has an external building with 03 suites (accommodation for a maximum of 06 people). The house has all furniture in the living and dining rooms, in the suites box spring beds, and wardrobe, bed linen, table and bath, crockery, microwave, vertical and horizontal freezer, refrigerator, stove, TV, etc. Available for rent from March to November, with min. of 03 daily.

A casa é muito confortavel e a praia e a vista são maravilhosos. Alguns pequenos detalhes impedem a nota maxima. As portas dos quartos do anexo são claras e sem cortina ,logo o sol 6h30 ja esta acordando todo mundo. O gas é de botijão e tivemos que pedir um logo na chegada. E a água da piscina é natural e trocada integralmente após 2 dias de uso. Me incomodou bastante ver 33 mil litros de agua serem jogados fora simplesmente. Num estado que sofre de seca...

Nossa viagem, foi maravilhosa!! A casa é além daquilo que se vê nas fotos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Não tivemos, absolutamente, nenhum problema. Voltaremos com toda certeza!!

Excelente custo X benefício

Embora seja um excelente custo benefício é preciso deixar claro que caso esteja programado utilizar os quartos anexos as pessoas precisam estar cientes das condições da dormida. A porta dos quartos é de vidro jateado (tem que colocar um lençol na porta para minimizar a luz e ter privacidade) e as janelas não possuem cortina, como o anexo é para o lado da pista toda a luz da rua entra no quarto impossibilitando uma dormida tranquila. Tivemos um problema no ar condicionado de um dos quartos da casa e um problema com uma cadeira plástica da piscina que quebrou enquanto um dos hóspedes sentou com um bebê no colo o que poderia ocasionar um dano maior e ainda sim houve cobrança de danos materiais. Indico também atenção a energia e a cota máxima do período. Embora exposto acima para alerta aos próximos hóspedes indicamos a casa, pois é muito bem localizada, ampla e com um ótimo apoio de limpeza e cozinha (esse pago a parte).

Ótimo local e excelente receptividade

Alugamos a casa para o feriado da semana santa e tudo estava como informado no anúncio. Todo o processo para confirmação da reserva foi transparente, com respostas rápidas e adequadas, além de muita educação por parte da Sra. Karina. Quanto à estadia, o imóvel é exatamente o descrito no anúncio, com bastante conforto e em frente a uma agradável praia. Ao chegar, o caseiro, França, já nos aguardava e, juntamente com sua esposa, nos recebeu muito bem, se mostrando bastante solícito e educado durante todo o período em que estivemos lá, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Casa Maravilhosa

Casa maravilhosa, confortável, bem decorada e muito bem equipada, superou todas as minhas expectativas com relação às instalações, a limpeza, os jardins, a piscina impecável, tudo aos cuidados dos caseiros sr França e Djaci, que merecem a nota máxima da casa, junto com suas filhas muito lindas e educadas, uma família brilhante. São educados, prestativos, nos fez sentirmos em um hotel pelos seus serviços de excelência, vale a pena contratalos junto, pois conhecem tudo da casa e proximidades. Mas a localização é perfeita, tem tudo que precisar, ex: supermercado, Farmacia, caixa eletrônico, hospital, restaurantes etc...... Confesso que foi um dos melhores carnaval que passamos em família. Beautiful Property with a Stunning View

If you are looking to stay in this area specifically, this is a prefect house. If you are just looking for the general vicinity, I would suggest looking 4-5 streets north of this house. Reasoning is that outside of the immediate tourist spots, the city did not feel very safe to me and the general upkeep of this part of the city is lacking. Seems that a a few streets north is where more attention is paid to cleanliness. The views from this house are incredible and the house is centrally located. By walking down the steps to the beach and going just past the pier, there are restaurants set up on the beach that serve lunch & beverages. Although the listing states that housekeeping is included, this is actually not the case. There is a husband and wife who live on the property where he takes care of the grounds & pool at no charge and she is available for hire. They were both very delightful and helpful people. To clarify the layout, there are 2 suites on the 2nd floor which overlook the pool/ocean. These are a good size with plenty of closet space and big bathrooms. There are then 2 bedrooms on the first floor which are towards the back of the house so do not have pool or ocean views. The annex with the additional 4 suites are in a detached rear building above the garage. They are each about 12x12 with private bathrooms. The house was well appointed with everything you might need except WiFi. We actually had to have it installed and then uninstalled during our stay. The only other thing I felt there was not enough of was towels. We seem to be using the same towels at the pool that we used to take showers, so I would suggest bringing or buying some so that you have extras. The biggest drawback I feel is that I could not find a house which I could pay for through Homeaway with a credit card. We had to wire money for the deposit and keep receipts in case we needed proof of payment. Nonetheless, Karina was very prompt to respond to my questions and it was very helpful that she spoke English.

O imóvel em perfeito estado de conservação, as condições de higiene de excelente qualidade, os funcionários muito bem qualificados, gentis e solicitos! Fomos em família (16 pessoas) e fomos muito bem recebidos e acomodados. Vale a pena contratar o serviço de cozinha.

Excelente casa, estive nela por 5 dias com um grupo de 9 pessoas. A casa nos atendeu muito bem e dispôs de tudo que anuncia. Nas proximidades tem caixa eletrônico, supermercado bom, distribuidora de bebidas. A praia é bem limpa e conta com várias barraquinhas. Com certeza um dos pontos mais altos da casa são os caseiros, Eriberto e sua família nos deixaram muito a vontade e prestaram serviço de primeira linha. Vale ressaltar também que foi muito fácil fechar negócio com Karina e Pedro, não houve nenhum problema nesse sentido, foi tudo muito transparente. Enfim, tudo muito bom, recomendo.

Perfeito!!!!

Nossas férias em Natal, foram simplesmente perfeitas, a casa tem como principal atrativo a vista que é maravilhosa, e sua estrutura é ótima! E o toque principal são seus caseiros o Sr Eriberto e sua família são muito agradáveis e a comida que ele faz é topísssima...rsss Enfim tudo perfeito....A casa e a praia são melhor que as fotos..... Topssssss
