• No adjustments or refunds will be given after stay commences.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we may remove you from the premises and charge you for any damages
