Welcome to Par-View Shores Retreat, a modern lakefront home, updated and secluded in a cove with all the included amenities of Deerfield Resort. The dedicated slip at the marina, platform dock at the property, relaxing hot tub, cozy firepit & big, wooded fenced-in yard (perfect for your pet!) invite you to make your group feel like you're at your own personal retreat.

Sleeping Arrangements for up to 13 at Par-View Shores Retreat:
Master Suite - King bed with adjoining full bath and rollaway sleeper ottoman sleeps 4 on the main level.
Bedroom 2 on the main level - queen bed, sharing full bath in the hallway - sleeps 2
Bedroom 3 on the main level - full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sharing a full bath in the hallway and one on the lower level - sleeps 5
Rec Room offers the queen-sized murphy bed and 3rd full bath in the lower level - sleeps 2

The open first level has hardwood floors and a double set of french doors facing toward the lake and wooded lot invite the natural light. Inside, there's a great room with comfy sofas and a big screen Smart Tv, dining table area, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, and island and sofa table with additional seating. The second full bath and laundry room are also on the main level. A walk-out deck from the main level offers an outdoor dining table and chairs, patio furniture and a propane grill.

The lower level features a large family room providing a second gathering space with a big sectional couch, second Smart TV, foosball table, murphy bed, third full bathroom and a kitchenette with a second refrigerator.

Settled in the cove near Deerfield Marina and the Tiki Bar, you'll also have access to the resort's community pool, playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.
If you are bringing a boat - Covered slip A24 is for your exclusive use at the Deerfield Marina, and the platform dock at the lakefront is seasonably accessible as well. You can also make arrangements with the marina for trailer storage.

The Deerfield Greens golf course and clubhouse (serves breakfast and lunch), as well as the marina and boat launch are about a quarter mile away. Spend your days exploring beautiful Norris Lake's 800 miles of shoreline and 19 marinas, and your mornings and evenings hanging out at the dock, the firepit, or just relaxing on the front porch, patio and deck.

Other amenities include unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, free washer & dryer, Keurig machine, traditional coffee maker and filters, loads of parking, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, and both levels of our home and decks are fully accessible to guests, with the exception of locked cleaners / owners storage closets and the garage space under the house.

Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (10 am) full week rentals all summer from Memorial Day Thru Labor Day. Split Firewood is available to purchase during your stay at the property (subject to no TVA- posted bans on burning), and if there's anything else we can do to help make your preparations and time with us as fully enjoyable and memorable as possible, just ask.

Bring your own boats and jet skis, or rent ours. We have a 2020 25' Avalon tritoon with 150 Hp (seats 16), and a 2019 21’ Harris with 150 hp (seats 12) - available for rent, in season. Life jackets are included (adult sizes equal to number it holds, and youth sizes for 1/2 the number it holds). Rent or purchase tubes and ropes, or other lake toys as available - watercraft can be delivered to the Deerfield Marina dock (for an extra fee) upon your arrival. Restrictions on minimum days rented w/o a delivery fee do apply. Operating instructions, safety training manual, and check-in / check-out in person with the dock guy are mandatory - minimum age 26. Your vehicles are the best way to get around on land - we have Parking for 5-6 in front of the cabin, with overflow parking 1/4 mile away near the marina, or leave some cars at the management office in La Follette and carpool out to the lakehouse. To navigate the lake, boats and jet skis work best - or bring your own paddle boards or tubes to just enjoy floating around, and feel free to walk or hike, enjoying the natural beauty and low-traffic area near the lake!

Don't Forget - With early reservations, you can book multiple homes for big families, events, reunions and friends - we manage 14 others around the lake with over 250 person additional sleeping capacity: 6 lakefront crowd pleasers in Flat Hollow: Lakeside Lodge, Waters Edge, Witt's Cove Landing, Whatever Floats Your Boat , Lake It Easy, and Wakes and Wheels Retreat. We also offer Doc's Lake Escape - a 10 acre luxury cabin retreat with a slip at the marina, and Captain Brown’s Lake Escape with a game room, slip at the marina and 40 private acres plus hundreds more adjoining TVA acres. There's also the Windsor Point Pool House with its own swimming pool, hot tub and lakefront dock, Suits Us Fine in the Big Creek area along with its sister lakefront house, Suits Us Too - right next door. And over closer to the dam, there's A Shore Thing across from Mountain Lake Marina in the Hiwassee area, and a lakefront favorite "Point Three Paradise" with TVA and Norris Dam Park's adjoining 5000 acres.
