The Nest's serene and stylish ambiance is an idyllic retreat to return to after your adventures in Cincy. Featuring a private entrance, this ground-floor suite boasts stunning views of the backyard. You may park up to 2 vehicles in the parking space which is shared by the unit upstairs. You'll find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

This ground-floor suite offers a private entrance and includes a king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring two twin beds. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, with an island for eating and a generously sized living room, laundry facilities, and a private full bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

You will have exclusive access to the entire private suite and your own patio. Our property features three homes within a beautiful four-acre garden, allowing you to stroll through the gardens, relax by the pond, or enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Please note that this suite is located on the lower level, and there will be guests staying in the three-bedroom, two-bath unit above you.
No dogs, events or parties, or parking on the grass or road. This is a quiet family neighborhood, no noise after 10 pm. Leave all items as you found them. Thank you.

Quaint and Comfortable

The Nest is quaint and comfortable. It is a great location and a nice option for 2 - 4 people. The hosts are very attentive and have thought of everything you might normally need. We had previously stayed in the upstairs unit when we had a bigger group. Highly recommend.

Great Place for Couples

We had a lovely stay in a great location. We were there alone for the first few days and it was very peaceful. Unfortunately there was another party staying above us for the last few nights and they were very loud. Lots of running and stomping. We also had an issue with large spiders in the bathroom / laundry room and the ac unit next to the bed was quite loud. Overall it was a good stay, just a few minor hiccups.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Quiet neighborhood, gorgeous yard, and lovely living space. Had everything provided, and then some. Little things make a big difference. Location was perfect for us! Will definitely choose to stay here again!

A Haven of Relaxation and Style - The Nest

Our stay at The Nest was a truly awesome experience. This calm, stylish space offered the perfect getaway from the daily grind. The amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made meal times easy and enjoyable while the clean, modern bathroom added to the overall comfort. The bedroom was cozy, peaceful, and beautifully decorated! With only a 15-minute drive to downtown Cincinnati, the nearby restaurants, shops, and movie theaters ensure that there is always something to do! Wholeheartedly recommend this space. We can't wait for our next visit!

Outstanding Property

I’ve stayed at other properties owned by these property managers and, once again, I was not disappointed. The home is so well appointed, beautifully decorated, clean and quiet but still close to everything. It was lovely and a place I’d love to return to!

Why they chose this property

We moved to this neighborhood in 1994. My dream was to rehab a historic property, raise our family and then turn the property into a bed and breakfast. This is our modern day rendition of that long ago dream. The Fruit Hill Farm Estate boasts the 5 bedroom 1860's farmhouse, The Guest House which is the upstairs unit, and The Nest which is the downstairs unit. We have opened the gardens often to Garden Tours and were the recipient of the Cincinnati Horticultural Societies Award.

What makes this property unique

Our Gardens, Fishing Pond, attention to detail, customer service make this a unique property. You feel like you are in a quiet retreat and yet all the restaurants and shopping in Anderson is 2 minutes away! Down town Cincy is only 15 min via the interstate and the Ark is 45 minutes away. Riverbend Music Venue and Riverdowns racing is just 2 minutes away on the banks of the Ohio.
