Unit itself was OK, but getting in and getting parked was a nightmare - we definitely won’t be back. It took us almost 90 minutes to get into the unit, thanks to Latch, which we didn’t know that we needed until just before we got there. We had to download the app, and then try to figure out how it worked (1) the main door into the building, (2) the elevator, and (3) the door to the unit. Had it not been for the three residents who helped us with each access point, we wouldn’t have made it in. Then came the “free parking. The host said that there was an attached parking garage. OK, so we entered into the gated parking lot (note that the gate was open), greeted by a sign which read “Tower on Tenth Parking Only” (that’s us, right?), but there was no attached parking garage. Again, we’re in the parking lot for Tower on Tenth, so that’s us, right? Nope - the next morning our vehicle was gone - towed over night - expensive towing fee. Got our vehicle back (that’s another story), and contacted the host concerning the “free parking in the attached garage”. The attached garage turns out to be a commercial parking garage next door, and the “free parking” is available via an electronic exit card located in the unit, the existence of which the host informed us of the day after we checked in, on the day that we retrieved our towed vehicle. Out of room to say more in this review - just don’t go there!
