Do not book. Owner never reached out with check in instructions and no one including VRBO (the booking is fulfilled with VRBO after booking through Expedia) could reach the owner. When we tried to call the number was disconnected. VRBO customer service was no help. They had us wait for hours and no one contacted us. We finally had to book a different hotel and are still waiting to get a refund 3 days later.

Upon arriving, I couldn't get into the property so I had to book a hotel room instead. My ratings are solely based on that experience and what I saw from outside the gate.

We were in Santa Cruz, for our 15 year anniversary. We booked, and paid for place on 06/07, only to get there, not get move in instructions, never got any correspondence from the owner and had to book 3 separate places on our dime as we go through a refund process. Worst experience of my 44 years
