We loved this place. Remote location but that’s what we wanted. Very well equipped. If we had a question she responded right away. Only negative was we could not stream to tv with our app.
The property was perfect for our family. It’s in a quiet but well-situated spot, very close to some beautiful beaches. Meadow has taken such care to think of every tiny thing a guest might need — a flashlight, a beach towel, a first aid kit, a cooler for the beach, a throw blanket for the couch. It felt like visiting one’s mom on a school vacation, where everything was clean and beautiful and she’d thought so much about how to make you feel welcome. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exceedingly comfortable. The location had much to offer as well. We especially enjoyed surfing at Squibnocket, watching the sun set at Lobsterville Beach, and the Thursday pizza at Orange Peel Bakery. We hope to return soon!
The house is very nice, well arranged on three levels, equipped with all comforts, spacious and elegantly furnished. It has a large terrace and is surrounded by a lovely garden.
I really hope to be back next year.

Meadow was so engaging from beginning to end and was a fabulous host. The house was serene, beautifully decorated and spotless. Better than the photos and you want for nothing! This home makes you feel like you’re on vacation. She’s right - the outdoor shower and tree tops are special and the beach was a short walk or bike ride - we did both. The guys even road their bikes to Gay Head Beach. Can’t wait to return!
Beautiful, bright home in Aquinnah walking distance to Lobsterville Beach. and a nice bike ride to Gay Head Light. The house was very clean and open with a wonderful feel to it, and was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Kitchen was very well equipped and a lovely vase of flowers greeted us upon our arrival. Meadow was very responsive to every question, had lots of great recommendations for our stay, and even texted us on our day of arrival to allow us to check in a bit early. We love the peace and quiet of Aquinnah and hope to return. Highly recommended!
Beautiful, clean, well appointed home! Quiet yet accessible with easy access to local beaches and activities. The kitchen is really well equipped and we had everything we needed for our MV getaway!
Beautiful well appointed home. We enjoyed the quiet location after busy days around the island. Home is in pristine condition. The owner was very friendly and readily available for anything we needed for our visit. The only issue was the inability to use the second floor AC system. There are plenty of windows and there was a nice breeze at night but with the current weather the house was very humid.
We had the most wonderful stay at this house- the house was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The location in Aquinnah was so peaceful, away from the crowds but walking/biking distance (or a short drive) from some of the most beautiful beaches the Vineyard has to offer. We felt like we had the island to ourselves. The kids enjoyed the beach at Menemsha Pond especially- warm water and beautiful red sand. The bike/pedestrian ferry to Menemsha was just a short bike ride or drive away and facilitated easy access to fresh seafood for dinner every night. We can't wait to come back!
Incredibly well-stocked house: everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Good layout with plenty of room for our group of two families. Short walk (5-10 mins) to Lobsterville beach. AC not that strong but wasn’t needed; very temperate and comfortable during our July stay. We will return!
