Horrible experience
After paying online for the apartment for March, I received no information about my stay for almost two weeks. I had to text the host "CJ Johnson" and ask numerous times through text where the information for my stay. I was traveling from overseas and didn't receive any information about my stay until the day I landed in DFW. I knew this stay was going to be a nightmare. After making it to the apartment and getting myself settled, I texted the host, "CJ Johnson," and asked for the TV pin so I could add my online stream apps to the TV. No response from the host, I also asked if I could receive packages at the apartment complex no answer from the host again. Eight days into my 27-day stay.Came back to the apartment at 10:30 at night to no power inside the apartment. Initially, I thought maybe the maintenance might have flipped the circuit breakers inside the circuit breaker panel. I was on the phone with the Vrbo team for about four hours trying to contact the host "CJ Johnson" about the power outta inside the apartment. Vrbo tried numerous attempts to contact the host with no luck. I went so far as to do an emergency maintenance call with the apartment complex. Still no response from anyone. I finally accepted that I was sleeping in the dark with no heat inside the apartment. Vrbo asked me to purchase a hotel room for the next two nights. I explained that I had purchased an apartment for 26 days why do I need to pay for a hotel room? I spent the rest of my stay without the A/C
