This retreat is part of Little Lagoon Cottages, a low-density, beach-side community featuring only 18 luxury coastal cottages. It is ideally located within four miles west of the intersection of Hwy 59 (at The Hangout) on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores.
Enjoy being away from the high rises and congestion but still close enough to be at the heart of Gulf Shores in a matter of minutes. This community is situated on Little Lagoon, directly across the street from its private deeded beach. This coastal community features a brick-paved street, pier/boat dock, BBQ area, and a custom lagoon-side pool on Little Lagoon. There's also a private boardwalk access to the beach at this home for added convenience.
This darling cottage is the jewel of this development, as it is one of only two cottages that directly face the beach. This beach cottage was built in 2018 so everything (furnishings, appliances, mattresses, dishes, etc.) is new! The cottage features an open common area on the first level with unobstructed beach views from the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen includes stainless appliances with a side-by-side refrigerator, granite countertops, and glass backsplash. The wrap-around balcony, perfect for watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico, can be accessed by the living area and dining area.
The second level includes two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features spectacular beach views, an en suite bathroom, and balcony access. The main bathroom features a dual vanity, a large closet, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a private bathroom and balcony access. Each bathroom features custom tile showers with granite vanities. There is a set of built-in bunk beds in the landing area on each level and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
