Apartment on the second floor of an old building in the heart of Rome with elevator and doorman. Accommodates up to 6 people . Comprising an entrance hall , two bedrooms , one with walk-in closet , two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The apartment is also equipped with satellite TV with international channels, air conditioning in all rooms and a bathroom and internet connection. And situated in an ideal location in Ponte district, in Via dei Banchi Vecchi 58, the heart of Rome, from where you can walk everywhere 10 minutes to the Vatican Corso Vittorio Emanuele or the Sant'Angelo Bridge in 10 minutes through narrow streets and ancient you can reach atmospheric squares such as Piazza Navona , the Pantheon, Piazza Farnese and Campo dei Fiori , and if you do not want to walk 25-30 minutes to the Colosseum , there are frequent buses from the bus stop very close which leads to Piazza Venezia and not only . Around the corner you will find the supermarket and in the morning you can enjoy an espresso in many coffee ...

Exellent property and fantastic location

The apartment was very clean and we found everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, close to historical sites, restaurants and transportation. Perfect spot!

Great apartment, really well situated, clean and inviting. It was easy to walk to explore the sights we wanted to see or just walk around Rome aimlessly. The apartment itself was practical and clean, beds were comfy and communication with Simona was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend or go back!

Perfect location

This property is in the heart of Rome in easy walking distance of the sights. Simona communicated very well and is very responsive to all questions. She arranged our transport from the airport and helped us locate the driver when we couldn’t find him. Highly recommend this apartment for a short stay in Rome

Rome Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s apartment. It was perfect for 2 couples. Simona was great at responding to correspondence quickly and the booklet left in the apartment helped us find some really good restaurants and sites to see. There’s a wonderful pastry and sandwich shop right across the street. Location couldn’t have been better for us. We would absolutely recommend staying with Simona!!

Rome

The location is fantastic, Simona was very responsive and the condo is exactly as advertised. We were able to walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit and took the bus to the more distant ones. Although we missed not having a remote for the TV (it was stolen by the previous renters) and we didn't go to Rome to watch TV, we appreciate Simona's attempt to get us one before we left. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Rome. Clean, comfortable and safe.

A great find in Roma

Simona, our host, was fantastic! She communicated clearly and promptly before, during, and even after our stay. The apartment itself was a gem. Clean, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped with a welcome basket, it was perfect for our summer visit. The powerful air conditioning was a lifesaver, and the shower pressure was amazing. While there wasn't a dishwasher, it wasn't an issue since we dined out most nights. The on-site washer (typical for Italian apartments) came in handy, and the elevator was a big plus for our companion who has trouble with stairs. The location was ideal. We felt safe and had easy access to hop-on hop-off buses, restaurants, shops, the Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican City, and even the Pantheon with a slightly longer walk. The cleaning fee was very reasonable compared to other rentals, and we experienced no problems whatsoever with the apartment. We'll definitely be back if we return to Rome!

The apartment is as pictured but has a strong odor of mold in the kitchen area.

The owner did not appear but the nice doorman let us in. The apartment is as pictured in a great location. The mold odor was very strong coming from the kitchen area. We brought Lysol spray and tried to clean but it comes from the pipes and under the sink. Some mold also in bathrooms which we cleaned. The door locks loose and very difficult to operate also. The place needed something done to get rid of the mildew/mold smell in the kitchen. We did not cook there but ate out. Otherwise the place is as advertised.

Lovely apartment - amazing location

My husband and I shared this lovely apartment with another couple over a long weekend. The place was clean, comfortable and centrally located to prime sight seeing. Simona the apartment manager was SO helpful, arranging transportation and recommending fantastic dining options nearby. We’ll definitely visit again!

Awesome host-great location

Simona was awesome. She came by to check us in and gave pointers of places to eat in the area. There were staple items in the kitchenette and several books on the area as well. The main bathroom door was off its track, but other than that all was as advertized. We would stay there again.

Perfect Location in Rome

The description of the property was accurate and the location was perfect. Lots of sites within walking distance, 3 blocks from the river, multiple restaurants across the street and grocery stores close by. Host was very accessible and very helpful with transportation to and from the airport. We would deifinitely stay here again!

Safe Neighborhood!

Simona was an excellent host. Our luggage was lost for 4 days and Simona stayed on top of the lost luggage issue so that we could enjoy our time in Rome...thank you Simona. The flat was clean and comfortable. The location was also great, we felt safe as two Women. There is a wonderful Cafe' across the street where we stopped each morning and afternoon for coffee and pastries. Hopefully we will be back to Rome shortly and I will stay in this location again. Thanks again Simona!

Location Location

We (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is so central and walkable to most anything in Rome. The property is perfect for 2 couples with each having their own bath. I cannot say enough about Simona. Her communication was prompt and check-in was flawless. She rescued me as I left my pack and locked the door for our 6:00 AM departure. Thanks Simona, you are the BEST!

Great Central Location

This was the perfect spot for us. We were 4 women visiting Rome for the first time. Simona was a great host. The location was perfect for walking to almost every site we wanted to see. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Simona responded to all of our questions, arranged transportation for us, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for places to eat and visit. Absolutely perfect getaway!

Simona was literally there for me with any requests on a dime!!!! Her apartment is stunning and in the perfect walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We only took a taxi once to see a site... everything was right there. Perfect!!! fabulous apartment and location

Simona's apartment in Rome was perfect for my family's week in Rome. The apartment is very clean and modern, high ceilings, great windows with nice view onto the street, air-conditioning worked very well, elevator, very comfortable beds, super efficient layout and use of space, and beautiful bathrooms. The apartment had everything that we needed and certainly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better. We easily walked all over the historic center and to the Vatican. Simona was great to communicate with, responding within minutes to any questions. She was very accommodating with us for check-in and check-out, and left us with some very nice recommendations for restaurants nearby organized nicely in a book in the apartment. Overall is was a great stay and we'd definitely like to come back and stay again!

We had a great stay at this apartment and Simona was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay. She was extremely helpful/cordial/flexible with our arrangements and provided assistance during our stay for transportation recommendations. She also helped print several documents for us for football match tickets as well as car service vouchers. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean and convenient location for our visit. It worked very well for our family of five. We made use of amenities: WiFi, laundry machine, elevator. I definitely would recommend the apartment as well as working with Simona.

Exactly as promised

This property is in a fantastic location — literally 5 minutes from Castel San Angelo, less than 10 from St Peter’s Square. We walked everywhere — Navona, Capitoline Hill.....perfect. The flat is clean, and the rooms are large — especially for Europe. The main bath is huge, and the 2nd bath is perfectly fine. Both bedrooms were a comparable size, and the beds were confortable. Storage was also excellent. There are a lot of channels on the TV — but be prepared — no English news. You probably won’t spend a lot of time in the flat anyway, so the TV is relatively immaterial. Simona was right there to meet us and explain everything in the flat. She also arranged for the car service to/from the airport, which was much appreciated. The lift is perfect for taking your luggage up to the flat — it’s small, but it works just fine. The flat is quiet — we didn’t notice street noise unless sirens were going by — which happened very rarely. All in all, this flat is perfect for a stay in Rome. The location couldn’t be better, and there’s plenty of room, and your have the convenience of restaurants and shops close by!

Beautiful Apartment

Simona is amazing!!! Before and during our stay, she responded to our questions within minutes. She arranged for our transportation to/from the apartment, which was so helpful. And even when we arrived early from the airport, she was there to meet us, and provided a place for us to store our luggage. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. We were able to cook several meals each day. (There are several grocery stores and cafes within a block or two or the apartment.) The air conditioning works wonderfully, as we were there in the heat of late July. We loved having a washing machine, and large drying racks in the apartment, as we were headed to a cruise after our stay. The apartment is in a great location - Castel Sant'Angelo is just across the bridge, 10 minute walk to Vatican City and Piazza Navona,, and less than 30 minute walk to other tourist attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc). There are taxis and bus lines available close by, but we preferred to walk. We could not have had a better experience!
