Location + Amenities + 5 Star Service = Perfection!
The space
-= Amenities =-
We have a top-of-the-line Tempurpedic Breeze king mattress and pillows (hypoallergenic and down available). We have a fully stocked kitchen including a Nespresso machine with pods for you to enjoy your morning coffee.
There are two cozy lounge chairs for relaxing, and a bistro table with two comfortable chairs, to double as an office and place for a nice dinner with a glass of wine! Plus, we provide an outdoor table with umbrella and chairs for lounging outdoors (hard to find outdoor space in Venice).
-= Property and Access =-
Please note - This property is a duplex. A two bedroom front home and one bedroom back studio. Both homes are fenced off for privacy and both are rented separately.
We use a keyless entry system and each booking will receive a code for convenient access.
-= About the Neighborhood =-
In the heart of Venice, in a neighborhood called “Windward Circle”, it's named after the traffic circle where Windward Ave. meets Main St. This was the original “center” in the early 1900s where a water plunge and rollercoaster operated.
Today, Windward Circle is the “East Village” of Venice; somewhat urban, trendy and avant-garde. It's an eclectic combination of old and new, and home to many in the arts and entertainment industry.
-= Transportation =-
Very central: Walk Score of 95/100 and Bike Score of 98/100.
Venice is highly walkable and bike-able which is one of our favorite things about the area. Along with the bikes we provide you are right next to line 18 of the Big Blue Bus that runs from UCLA to Santa Monica and down to Windward circle in Venice. Head up to Santa Monica and transfer to Metro's Expo Light Rail to head downtown.
You can connect with other lines that go into different parts of the city like Dodger game, the Staple Center, and Union Station. We also frequently use Uber when going out or when heading to the airport, there's always an Uber waiting close by.
