The home is located in downtown Albuquerque. You are minutes away from the University of New Mexico campus, less than a 10 minute drive from historic Old Town and the Museum District (only a 25 minute walk!), and only 3 minutes to the highway interchanges. A few of the nearby New Mexico gems include: Less than a 10 minute drive to the Rio Grande - 30 minute drive to base of Sandia Mountains (50 minutes to the peak) - 1.5 hour drive to Santa Fe Ski Resort - Less than 90 minutes to Jemez Mountains/Hot Springs. This spacious adobe home has an inviting open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional room used for storage. The home has a roomy living and dining area with windows facing north and west for amazing natural light! The kitchen has Bosch series 800 appliances including gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In-unit w/d. The home also has its own private outdoor area (~4,500 square feet!) that is perfect for unwinding and/or pets.
