Estadia apaixonante !

Fui a São Paulo com minha esposa e minha cunhada para um evento entre os dias 5-9 de Dezembro . Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos locatários Fred e Milton, que se colocaram a disposição sempre que precisamos e nos davam retorno de forma rápida e cortês. O apartamento fica muito bem localizado e, logo na entrada, o locatário Milton nos passou várias informações de onde comer, mercado próximo e formas de locomoção pela cidade. O apartamento é extremamente aconchegante e receptivo . A parte mais difícil foi convencer a minha esposa a devolver o apartamento ao final da viagem. Com certeza, voltaremos a nos hospedar com Fred e Milton. De forma especial, agradeço ao Fred e ao Milton por ter nos recebido tão bem com uma marcação quase que de última hora, após um cancelamento surpresa do apartamento que tinhas reservado. Não poderia ter sido melhor a experiência.

Excelente

O apartamento foi a melhor escolha que eu poderia ter feito. Ficamos em 4, muito bem acomodados, tudo limpo, organizado, excelente colchão, excelente roupa de banho e cama. Chuveiro quente e uma localização incrível, tudo perto, alameda charmosa, fizemos várias coisas à pé, até à noite saímos à pé. Voltando a São Paulo fico de novo nesse apartamento, sem dúvidas.

AMAMOS O AP DO FRED E MILTON.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a uma quadra da Paulista, muito próximo das estações Trianon e Consolação do metrô. O prédio tem um estilo clássico, super elegante. O apartamento é muito confortável, correspondendo fidedignamente às fotos pulicadas. É claro, bem mobiliado, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, cama, mesa e banho necessários e de boa qualidade. O Milton nos recebeu muito bem, foi pontualíssimo, e nos deixou muito à vontade. Foi tudo perfeito. Com certeza voltaremos.

Apartamento Perfeito

O apartamento é como descrito no anuncio. Excelente localização, local tranquilo e seguro, perto de bares e restaurantes, a estadia foi maravilhosa e o Sr. Milton que nos recebeu foi muito prestativo e atencioso. Na próxima vinda a SP com certeza o locaremos e indico a quem queira conhecer SP e hospedar em uma apartamento confortavel e aconchegante.

Perfeita!!

Amamos o período que ficamos hospedados no ap de Milton e Fred!! o ap é muito aconchegante e com todos utensílios necessários! Os proprietários foram gentis e sempre estavam dispostos a nos atender. Minha irmã esqueceu seu fone e eles prontamente enviaram para nosso endereço! A localização não poderia ser melhor, pertinho da Paulista, rua movimentada porém tranquila, foi fácil nos deslocar para todos os pontos que desejamos ir em Sampa!! Super indico! Super indico

Muito bem localizado, há um quarteirão da Avenida Paulista, perto de estações de metrô, restaurantes, mercantil... Ambiente muito aconchegante, condomínio familiar, bem mobiliado e com todos os utensílios necessários pra um dia a dia. Os proprietários são muito prestativos e atenciosos, nos sentimos em casa.

Fabulous!!!

Fred and Milton are the best and so is their apartment. The location is perfect, just steps from Avenue Paulista in a very safe neighborhood. The location is perfect for exploring the sprawling city of Sao Paulo. The apartment has everything you need for wonderful stay. Fred met us when we arrived to explain the apartment and give us grocery shopping and dining suggestions. Fred and Milton came to say goodbye, negotiate the taxi fare to the airport for us and to give us a perfect send off.

PERFECT LOCATION

I loved to stay in this apartment! My husband and I were very happy with this choice. Near groceries stores, near shopping malls on Paulista Avenue, next door of one of the best restaurants in Brazil, Capim Santo Restaurant, taxis in abundance in the same corner. Very comfortable as we would like to have a place in Sao Paulo to enjoy as living in our home. In the mornings you can hear the birds singing as they come from Trianon Park, a gift! Even more pleasant was to look the good taste of the decoration in the apartment very artsy! The housekeeper was super helpful and very effective. The owners Fred and Milton great people, loved so much to know them! They are very special people and caring for us making sure we have everything ok. I recommend this place to all people going to Sao Paulo, you will have the best location in the city! Thank you, Marcia - Florida - USA

Excelente imóvel, atendimento impecável!

(Muito bem) Localizado na região do Jardins, a duas quadras da Avenida Paulista e próximo a padarias, restaurantes, metrô , parques e teatros, este excelente apartamento está impecável. Definitely 5 Stars

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at the flat for almost two weeks. The attention to details is simply brilliant and the apartment feels much more spacious than most other comparable flats. The location is spectacular and the building kids' friendly with some space for the kids to play soccer and ping-pong. Fred was super friendly and I regret that I did not have more time to talk to him further. We go to Sao Paulo often on business and I bring the family if the kids are on vacation. I am definitely going to check whether the flat will be available again in the future. Thanks Fred and Milton.

Excelente Localização!

Me hospedei com minha família por dez dias em agosto de 2012 (três adultos e duas crianças). Gostamos muito do apartamento, principalmente por sua localização privilegiada e ambiente acolhedor. Excelente!!

Fiquei com minha família no dia das mães, não poderíamos ter escolhido um lugar melhor! Próximo de tudo, vizinhança tranquila, metrô super perto... todos gostamos muito! A possibilidade de poder levar nossos cachorrinhos também foi um fator que pesou para escolhermos este apartamento... Recomendamos!
