This cozy townhome is situated within the prestigious Champions Gate gated community, making it an ideal choice for your next family trip to Central Florida. Bedroom three contains 2 beds a double bed and single bed. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed (twin over full). These two bedrooms are serviced by a hallway bathroom with a shower.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO VAPING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from using vape products inside the home! Any evidence of vaping will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ POOL/SPA CHARGES ★
There is an additional fee of $35/day to heat the pool and spa. Pool heat must be requested 7 days prior to arrival. Once activated, this feature must remain on for the entirety of your stay, it can't be toggled on and off. There is a minimum charge of 5 days for pool heat, regardless of the number of nights stayed.
