The inviting living room is equipped with a Smart TV featuring Cable for communal entertainment, perfect for enjoying your favorite movies or TV shows. Access to the balcony provides a view of the pool, enhancing the overall experience.

The dining space comfortably accommodates six individuals, supplemented by additional seating for six at the bar. The well-stocked kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your family. Adjacent to the kitchen, discover a bunk area featuring twin bunks and a full bath an ideal space for the younger members of the group.

Ascending to the second level, you'll find the 3 bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort. All three bedrooms are accompanied by a private bath, and each bedroom equipped with a Smart TV for your streaming pleasure. Complimentary high-speed internet is available throughout the property.

To enhance your convenience, we've included a versatile charcoal grill situated in the carport beneath the home, accompanied by a bar-height bistro set. This grill serves dual purposes, functioning as both a smoker and a pizza oven for your culinary enjoyment.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star, and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly reservations must be made directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.
