Your days here can be spent exploring Franconia Notch State Park, the Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves, and Bretton Woods. Additional sun-soaked memories can be created at Maplewood Golf Course, Alpine Adventures, and Loon Mountain Resort. On days that you'd prefer to stay near your home away from home, head for the patio with Kinsman Range views, and visit with your loved ones while the furry members of your family stretch their legs in the fully fenced yard.
A designated workstation in the private sunroom. When you aren't typing away at the desk, flip through your vacation read on the leather sofa in the living room. The smart TV ensures your ability to enjoy all of your favorite TV shows and movies no matter the time of day. When you get hungry, the full kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large sink, and plenty of meal prep space.

The bedrooms are simply decorated and lined with soft linens. The little ones of the family will adore the fun wilderness-themed decorations in their room. A private washer/dryer, a large basement for ski equipment, a collection of board games, and Starlink internet access round out the interior conveniences. Outside you can charge your EV from Solar with a covered Tesla charger.

As the stars begin to make their radiant appearance, gather around the firepit's dancing flames for s'mores and campfire stories.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
