Fall Special Breathtaker - Amazing Views

The Breathtaker provides guests with a breathtaking view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Located only minutes away from Pigeon Forge, you can enjoy a quiet escape from the busy downtown and still have easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are also located within walking distance to the Magnolia Wedding Venue.

The cabin can accommodate up to 16 guests allowing you to plan a small or large gathering with friends and family. The 5-bedroom and 5-bath king master suites allows each guest to have their own private space complete with gas fireplace. Guests can also gather in the spacious great room, prepare a meal in the large kitchen, catch up on movies in the theatre or for those with a competitive side you can test your skills at billiards or our arcade game.

In the main room, you will find a beautiful stone fireplace, two sofa's (one sleeper) and flat-screen TV. The large windows in the space provide the amazing breathtaking view that this property is well known for. The covered deck off the great room allows guests to take in the view and relax in one of the rocking chairs.

Our location allows you to take advantage of the many restaurant options in the area or should you choose, the spacious kitchen is fully stocked to be able to prepare a meal for the entire group. The space has seating for ten at the large dining table plus the breakfast bar can seat an additional four.

The main floor features the living space and one of our king master suites. The second floor has two additional king suites with private balconies and a view of the mountains, along with our 9 foot theatre screen with surround sound and seating for 15. Finally, the lower level features two additional king master suites and our game room. The game room has a wet bar, television, billiards, arcade game, pull-out sofa and bunk beds.

If you want to enjoy the outdoors while staying at the cabin, you can fire up the charcoal grill to enjoy a cookout by our fire pit and finish the evening while relaxing in our hot tub overlooking the mountains.

A three mile drive will take you to the Parkway where you have access to many of the great attractions such as Dollywood, the Dolly Parton Stampede, numerous speed parks, dinner theatre's and shopping! Gatlinburg offers more entertainment with Anakeesta, Ober Gatlinburg and the Ripley's Aquarium to name a few. You can also, continue on through Gatlinburg to hike the over 800 miles of trails in the National Park. Don't forget to pick up your National Park parking pass at the nearest visitor center if you plan to park your car.

We recommend a four wheel drive to access the property during the winter months. The drive to the property is a climb but the views make it worth the journey!

Perfect Fall Views
My family of 5 with my mom and 2 dogs stayed at Breathtaker for 3 night stay. It was selected last minute as our previously selected location was cancelled due to water outage from recent flooding from Hurricane. It checked all the boxes I was looking for. There were many things to love about this house. Wonderful house, absolutely perfect views of mountainside, nicely appointed, had everything could ask for inside house. Kids and I enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the movie theater room upstairs. Having a bedroom for everyone with own on suite bathroom was great. The outdoor space was great with a fire pit, that we used alot for smores and grilling out. There is a nice looking hot tub but we didn't use it. The drive up the mountainside on a single lane road was a little scary but I got used to it. Location to surrounding Gatlinburg was close enough that it didn't seem very far away at all. Really the only negative was there is a wedding or other outside event site next door that likes to play really loud music every night that we were there. If was distracting enough that I did not enjoy sitting on the back porch to watch the beautiful sunsets. It was loud enough to hear it inside our bedroom, though it seemed like they did turn it down after 10 PM. Overall, this house did save our last minute change vacation plans, and we had a great time. Can't imagine better views, just expect that you don't need to supply your own music when outside at night. :).

Family Vacation
This was a gorgeous home and exactly as described and you cannot beat the view. There is a wedding venue nearby and we enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the music on the few nights there was an event going on (9pm was the latest an event lasted). You cannot hear the music from inside the home. The home is very well stocked which was appreciated since we cooked all meals at the house during our stay. With 12 people staying arranging from 6 to 74, there was always something for everyone to do with an awesome movie theater, game room, hot tub, and fire pit. If staying in Pigeon Forge, you must rent this home.

Nice Family Get-A-Way
My family of 9 adults & 2 toddlers spent 4 nights here. All bedrooms are very spacious, each has a private bathroom with shower/jetted tub which was really nice; just wish the shower stalls were larger as hair washing/shaving was challenging (I'm 5'2", 135#). Large kitchen, well stocked with everything (plates, cups, bowls, utensils, cookware, glasses, electric griddle, coffee makers, etc.). Refrigerator/freezer did not make much ice so prepare to buy your own & bring a cooler. Dining room table & seating were perfect & bar seating great for hanging out during meal prep. Mountain views were nice & we enjoyed the hot tub as well. There is a wedding venue close by; music was pretty loud at times & may not be to everyone's taste. There was a minor drip from the ceiling in one room but host was super responsive & had someone check it out very quickly. Property is at the top of the mountain so be prepared for very steep areas & sharp turns. Overall, neat & clean although the outside could use some attention (gutters lying on ground; unsightly AC area in direct view of hot tub, trash under hot tub, grass a bit high). Overall, a nice, relaxing trip for our family!
