We invite you into our gated spacious family villa located in Grand Baie the vibrant tourist hub.

Our villa is on a quiet road, minutes from my favourite beach in Mauritius - Pereybere Beach.

We are offering the perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment with our swimming pool, large open plan living area and terrace.

We’re a 10-minute walk from one of my favourite restaurants in the area and you wont be disappointed by the cocktails!

The space
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the popular resort of Grand Baie close to all amenities, shopping centres, restaurants and beaches.

Outside the villa is private with a gated entrance. There is a large garden, outdoor terrace and swimming pool. We have an outdoor dining area and separate seating area overlooking the pool, which provides a nice spacious and relaxing environment for all the family to enjoy. For the pool we also have float aids for toddlers, small life jacket, arm bands and floats, there are also a selection of inflatable toys for you to enjoy.

Inside the villa we offer 4 spacious bedrooms. There is a 1 double bedroom on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room on the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor benefits from having an en suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and Nespresso machine. You will also find all food essentials when you arrive to help kick start your family holiday.

The living area benefits from 50” TV with Canal+ and Netflix and a reading/relaxing corner. There is also a small children’s room where younger members of the family can play with a selection of board games which we have, there is also TV with Netflix and youtube.

The entire property and its grounds are available to you. We have 700m2 of terrain and 300m2 of house over two floors.
