Our neighborhood is a picturesque street located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. Nestled within this charming neighborhood, you'll find a peaceful and inviting community that captures the essence of desert living at its finest. The neighborhood is conveniently located near a variety of amenities. You're just a short drive away from shopping centers, world-class dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings in downtown.

We are in close proximity to downtown Scottsdale, making it a convenient location for accessing the city's vibrant downtown area. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown from our property. It is encouraged to drive to this location.
- There is absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events at the house.

- There is no smoking and or vaping in the house. If you choose to do so, please smoke on the sidewalk outside.

- If you host a party or smoke in the house there will be a fine of $500 for the party and you reservation will be cancelled immediately plus $300 for smoking. This includes tampering with smoke detectors in any way.

- We ask that you do not light anything such as candles or incense, as they are a fire hazard.

- No guests allowed on the property who are not on the reservation.

- Quiet hours start at 10 pm every night. You will receive a warning if the neighbors are disturbed by noise made by your reservation. Any noise complaints that follow- you will be asked to vacate the property and your reservation will then be immediately cancelled, plus a $200 fine.

- By reserving our house, you are agreeing to abide by these rules. Claiming you were not aware is not an excuse.
