The location is unbeatable, with a Super Walmart nearby, just minutes from Orlando's main theme parks, great restaurants, close to main highways, shopping malls, golfing, other tourist attractions and Magic Kingdom just 10 minutes away. Summerville is the ideal place to be close to it all!
Summerville Resort is a gated community fitted with all of the amenities to keep your family and friends entertained.

The Space:
This luxury townhome features a modern and open space layout with elegant high ceilings. It is beautifully decorated and boasts four bedrooms, all ensuite bathrooms plus a powder room and a private patio. As soon as you enter you will find a suite on the first floor and the 3 additional bedrooms upstairs, as well as the washer and dryer. The home have 4 smart TVs and also a BQQ Grill.
