Community pool, gym in the community. Condo has beach club access paying $5 per person.
Very spacious unit styled with taste and high quality furniture. Living room and kitchen with open concept and glass sliding doors that open to the terrace bringing the outdoors indoors. Bedrooms are very comfortable and private with their own bathrooms, TV in bedrooms and storage for clothes. All bedrooms open up to the outdoors and have blackout curtains. Balcony with hammocks

Pura Vida

We have been visiting Costa Rica for 15yrs plus. We have always stayed at Playa Negra but this year we wanted to change things up. Thrilled we did! Panilla is absolutely stunning! The townhome was beautiful and surprisingly larger than we expected. It was perfect! We rented a golf cart which is highly recommended. We went to the beach club everyday walked to Lola’s and had lunch everyday Justin was a huge help! We are already planning our trip back

Beautiful house but checkout is 10am

The house is beautiful and Hacienda Pinilla is amazing. This particular neighborhood is closer to the entrance and further from the beach club. All access is using codes (gates and front door) which makes it convenient. Our checkin was almost an hour late because we booked the busiest season. This made housekeeping staff not be on their usual best device. So some things were left undone. However we did get most of it resolved when contacting the property managers I
