We enjoy coming down to Cape Coral so much that we bought this home and opened it up for others to enjoy the home as well. Cape Coral is a beautiful area that isn't too far from a lot of the activities we enjoy such as the beach, canal, dining out, etc.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is very quiet and comfortable. We wanted to be on the canal as well and this home fit all of the 'needs' we wanted in a home.
What makes this property unique
This home was recently very beautifully renovated which is what caught our eye about this home. The kitchen was a sight to see and the pool is larger than most.
