Island Cabana 201 is a pristine, tropically-decorated condominium a short walk from the beach. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo feels brand new, adding a sense of freshness to your vacation. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Island Cabana 201 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The spacious living room is decorated with a tropical beach theme, but also feels very new and modern. The sliding balcony doors allow lots of natural light to be let in and the cornered couch faces a television, perfect for family movie night. Just past the living room is a small dining area, just right for cozy meals with the family. The fully-stocked kitchen has nice, granite counters at which you can grab a quick snack. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Further down the hall is the second bedroom, also furnished with a king-size bed and a personal television. The third bedroom has two twin beds and its own personal television. Also in the hall is the second bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Needs new bed and clean rugs

Location was great and unit overall was nice. But the 2nd king bed mattress was horrible. It was like sleeping in a trench. Kitchen could use some new kitchen tools. The throw rugs in the kitchen, bathrooms and entry way were filthy.. Put towels down so we didn't have to step on them with our bare feet. If these items were corrected I would give it 5 stars.

We have always wanted to stay at Island Cabana. Have stay for years at a friend's condo on 90th.

Very good. Since the condo wasn't rented the week after us, we were able to book the condo for another 4 nights.

Expensive, dirty and many repairs needed!

This unit has potential but needs a lot of TLC (so many repairs needed and the living room furniture...). First the positives, The location is awesome, the kitchen was as expected and almost overstocked. There must have been 30-40 dinner plates in the cabinets, but the pots and pans are very old. The wasn't much room for us to put our own food away because of the accumulation of things in the cabinets. The mattresses were clean which is important. There were a lot of TV Stations and streaming services available and the wood blinds were very nice and the balcony is great (if there had been furniture that you felt comfortable sitting in). Now let's get to why I would never stay here again. Upon arriving there was a guy pulling the ripped screen out of the screen door (which stayed out for our entire stay).This after they text us to say that our unit was ready early. Upon entering the wreath that we assume was on the door was broken into pieces and all over the hallway ( had to clean that up). There were hundreds of finger prints all over the mirrors and sliding glass doors. (DURING THE PANDEMIC after getting and unsolicited email stating that extra attention was being taken to wipe everything down) THIS UNIT DID NOT APPEAR TO HAE BEEN CLEANED and my daughters and had to clean everything. The closet doors were broken in the master and couldn't be used. The towel rack was broken in the master bath and sitting in a plant, the toilet handle had duct tape on it, the patio furniture had shredded pillows so gross that no one would sit on them. They were filthy and very old. The most surprising was the living room sofa and loveseat. They are very old and dirty and no one wanted to sit on them (including a friend who stopped by that owns her own place nearby who was shocked at the repairs the were needed for the price that we paid). Now let me say that if this unit had been less expensive, I would be fine with this, but I paid A LOT for one week. It was the week of White Marlin Open. We stay in OC every year on this week and know that we will pay a premium, we have paid this price many times for at least 3 other units, but NEVER have we ever paid this much and been this disappointed. To the owners; this is a solid unit, and the things that are nice are really nice, but put a little money into this place and get rid of some of the clutter, if you do this unit will be worth what you asked for, but if you don't your renters will feel ripped off I know I do.
