Welcome to our 4BR beachside luxury penthouse with direct access to the beach and private swimming pool on the rooftop! This penthouse is situated in a quiet gated complex with swimming pools, spa, gym and 24-hour security. On the first floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, cozy living-room with a fireplace and direct access to a very spacious terrace. On the second floor, it has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a terrace with a private swimming pool. Incredible views!
There are nice restaurants on the beach that are only few minutes walk from the complex. Hotel Kempinski is a 5min walk. There is a new luxury Laguna Village close by. The town of Estepona is a very picturesque area with promenades and long coastal beaches. At the same time, the city center has lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bars. The old town offers cozy shops, cafés and a historical center.
Malaga Airport is 50 minutes away by car, Marbella 20 minutes, Gibraltar 20 minutes.
